There are some of us who love Thanksgiving as much for the leftovers as for the main meal. And there is much to love as we prowl around the kitchen for a late-night snack or awaken early on Black Friday with stomach growling in anticipation of the cranberry sauce and stuffing awaiting us in the fridge.
