LAST DAY OF THE 2011 MARKET SEASON!
Saturday, December 17th from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. (rain, snow or shine)

FRESH FOOD
* Chesley Farms will feature greenhouse tomatoes, sweet potatoes,
apples (golden delicious, fuji, nittany, stayman, tameo, york, granny
smith, pink lady and braeburn varieties), pears, cider, hard winter
squash, potatoes, pumpkins, greens (collards and mustard greens) and
Christmas trees.
* Dragonfly Farms will feature Claudia’s famous Bolognese, black bean,
and collards soup, tomato soup and lentil soup.  In addition, Dragonfly
will bring fresh broccoli, kale, collards, chard and spinach.
* Licking Creek Bend Farm will have holiday baskets full of local honey,
jam and apples, beautiful wreaths made on the farm, Christmas trees, raw
honey with honeycomb, a variety of apples (Gold Rush, Pink Lady, Turley
Winesap and York), swiss chard, collard greens, mustard greens and rape
greens, onions, sweet potatoes and potatoes.
* Wisteria Gardens will bring Asian greens, salad mixes, fall greens,
salsas, bean dips, hummus, and salad dressings.
* Bonaparte Breads will have delicious French pastries.
* Fresh Crunch will feature cranberry chutney, as well as pickled squash
and zucchini, in addition to their other great pickles.
* Springfield Lamb will have lamb meat and lots of wool products that
make great holiday gifts.
* Stachowski Charcuterie offers sausages made from beef, chicken, duck,
pork and turkey.
* Twin Post Farms features both chicken and duck eggs.
* UpperCrust Breads returns this week with some special holiday breads
including Chocolate Cherry Bread and Cranberry Walnut Bread. They will
also have the usual favorites of sourdough, harvest grain, pain de
campagne, and others.

Redeem your festibucks: If you have any remaining festibuck tokens, make
sure to stop by the market on Saturday to redeem them.

HOLIDAY MARKET
Join us on Saturday for the last Holiday Market of 2011!  Fourteen artists
will bring a variety of drawings, jewelry, paintings, pottery, knit-ware,
hats, and pillows.  Additionally, Chesley Farms and Licking Creek Bend Farm
will be selling Christmas trees and wreaths. Although both farms will bring
a variety of sizes to the Marketplace to sell, they urge people to pre-order
trees for pickup at the market.
* CHESLEY FARM will charge $10 per foot for Blue Spruce, Douglas Fir and
Canaan Fir and $12 per foot for Fraser Firs. To order a tree from
Chesley Farms, please contact chesveg@gmail.com. Additionally, Chelsey
Farms has about 40 tree stands for sale for $5 to $7 per stand.
* LICKING CREEK BEND FARM will charge similar prices for Charlie Brown,
Blue Spruce, Douglas Firs, Con-color Firs, White Pine, Canaan Firs. It
also will offer live trees and table-top trees and beautiful
